Yesterday, I helped Elvira with a few things, and in the process avoided an unnecessary trip to the ER for Cesar,and got to spend some time with him. Pretty cool to think that I was there when he was born -- see my post from May 10th, the last paragraph. He's doing great! What a precious little boy!
